All prices are exclusive of VAT. Children’s garments are not VAT rated.

All prices are inclusive of embroidery work unless a large amount of additional work is  required or more than one logo is desired on each garment.

Embroidery disk setup time is payable by the customer, The disk and files contained within remain the property of Galileo Clothing.

Whilst every effort is made to replicate your design as close as possible to the original artwork within the framework of the embroidery process, it must be understood that the finished embroidery will react differently when applied to different garments.

Carriage on orders will be at cost and sent by either courier or royal mail.

Goods Delivered to a third party are at your own risk.

A deposit of 50% may be required upon customers acceptance of design details, the balance is payable on delivery unless otherwise negotiated.

The cost of the disc and artwork will be deducted from the deposit should the order be canceled.

Please note: All orders are strictly payment on delivery unless otherwise negotiated.

All invoices must be paid in full within times indicated.

If a discount is offered then invoice must be paid within agreed time otherwise the original invoice value becomes payable.

Payment term "RETURN" indicates that payment must be within seven days of invoice/despatch date.

Please note: Overdue invoices may incur a standard recovery charge of £10.00, interest at 8% over the bank of England base rate may also be charged and calculated on a daily basis.

All prices and quotes are valid for thirty days only.

Own garments are embroidered at the owners' risk and at the companies discretion, Refunds or replacements will not be given.

Some colour garments are only available in certain brands - please inquire for clarification.

All items and delivery times are subject to change according to the availability from our suppliers.

Returned cheques will be charged at £25.00 each.

Some items cannot be embroidered, if you are unsure then please inquire when placing your order.

Galileo reserve the right to substitute for other brands or equal or better quality for the same price when the item selected is out of stock.

All items remain the property of Galileo Clothing Ltd until such time as full payment is received.

Samples ordered on a sale or return basis must be collected and returned within ten days or an invoice will be issued.

Returned garments will not be accepted after a period of seven days. Acceptance of a return will depend on the condition of the garment and will also incur a 10% handling charge.

All zipped products have been tested by the manufacturer and Galileo before leaving our premises. Due to the vigorous use sometimes applied to zipped products, Galileo does not offer a replacement on these products after 14 days from date of purchase.

All prepaid items will only be kept for a maximum of 3 months after this time they will be disposed of and no refund will be given.

All logos will be embroidered in an appropriate position on the garment unless an alternative had been previously discussed.
